Watermelon Cucumber Refresher

This is going to be your go-to drink for the summer! Light on the alcohol and heavy on the flavour, this cocktail is easy to drink and perfect for a hot sunny day. We can already imagine sitting on the porch with this drink in hand!

In a shaker add the following ingredients:
1/4 cup diced watermelon
1/4 cup diced cucumber
Small bunch of fresh mint
1oz lime juice
1oz mint infused simple syrup
2oz vodka
Muddle, add ice, and shake for approximately 15 seconds
Pour over ice
Top with soda water
Garnish with watermelon, mint, and a dehydrated lime slice!

Personally, I am definitely in something of a quartz era (and don't call it link a crisis), and I really like the idea of a link lightweight, action-ready, and fuss-free dive watch.
