Just Peachy Gin Fizz

A peach and raspberry gin cocktail! This drink is refreshing with a delightfully smooth finish.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Gin

• 1 oz Lemon juice

• 1/2 oz Simple syrup

• 4 Dashes peach bitters

• One scoop raspberry & peach jam

• One egg white

• Mediterranean tonic water

Directions:

1. Add the following ingredients to a shaker:

3. Lemon juice

4. Simple syrup

5. Peach bitters

6. Raspberry & peach jam

7. Egg white

8. Shake for approximately 15 seconds to combine ingredients

9. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill ingredients

10. Strain into a medium sized cocktail glass

11. Top with Mediterranean tonic water

12. Garnish with dehydrated raspberries and a dehydrated lime slice

13. Enjoy!
