A peach and raspberry gin cocktail! This drink is refreshing with a delightfully smooth finish.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
4 Dashes peach bitters
One scoop raspberry & peach jam
One egg white
Mediterranean tonic water
Directions:
Add the following ingredients to a shaker:
Gin
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Peach bitters
Raspberry & peach jam
Egg white
Shake for approximately 15 seconds to combine ingredients
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill ingredients
Strain into a medium sized cocktail glass
Top with Mediterranean tonic water
Garnish with dehydrated raspberries and a dehydrated lime slice
