Empress Gin has taken the cocktail world by storm, so we just had to jump on the trend! The Butterfly Pea Blossoms used adds a beautiful colour without changing the taste too much, making it a great gin for classic drinks! A gin sour is smooth from the egg white and flavourful from the fresh lemon juice mixed with simple syrup. We also added a little extra flavour by mixing in some pink lemonade ;) Check out the recipe below!

Recipe:
1.5 oz Empress Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pink lemonade
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Add steps 1-5 to a shaker without ice and shake for approximately 20 seconds to combine egg white with the rest of the ingredients
Add ice to shaker and shake for approximately 10 seconds to chill
Pour into glass without ice
Recommended garnish: Cocktail Companions lemon slice!

Sellita produces four different types of calibers incorporating a small seconds display at nine o'clock. Available in either hand wound or automatic versions, link and based on the design of the ETA 2800 family, the Sellita SW219-1, SW295-1, SW290-1, and SW295-1 all incorporate a date window, but many brands choose to place it at six o'clock rather than three o'clock. Oris, Mühle Glashütte, TAG Heuer have all extensively used these link Sellita base movements with slight link modifications.
Each color is painted on using an ultra-fine paint brush that uses a single hair – and it's not link just any hair. It doesn't come from a horse or a human; in fact, it's sourced from a squirrel. (I did ask if there was a squirrel link menagerie on site at La Fabrique du Temps somewhere – unfortunately, I was given no further insight link on where and how these squirrel hairs are acquired.) It takes approximately two weeks to complete each dial, from start to finish.
Among Autodromo's many offerings, the Group B has been my favorite since it was announced towards the end of 2015. With several colorways and a few limited editions spanning the last four years, link I own and very much enjoy an original example with yellow accents on a black link dial. The speed, technology, and outright danger associated with Group B has always been of interest to me, and the original design is link light, easy to wear, and entirely distinctive on wrist.
The Tank Mini is not technically new. They link were introduced in the late '80s/early '90s, when Cartier was experiencing a similar wave of success, resulting in an expansion of the link catalog. In theory the revamp of the Tank line over link the past few years, which includes the Américaine, the Must and the Solar Beat, is the same attempt at giving everybody the Tank that they want in different styles, price ranges and sizes.
