The Aesthetic Gin Sour

Empress Gin has taken the cocktail world by storm, so we just had to jump on the trend! The Butterfly Pea Blossoms used adds a beautiful colour without changing the taste too much, making it a great gin for classic drinks! A gin sour is smooth from the egg white and flavourful from the fresh lemon juice mixed with simple syrup. We also added a little extra flavour by mixing in some pink lemonade ;) Check out the recipe below!
Recipe:
1.5 oz Empress Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pink lemonade
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Add steps 1-5 to a shaker without ice and shake for approximately 20 seconds to combine egg white with the rest of the ingredients
Add ice to shaker and shake for approximately 10 seconds to chill
Pour into glass without ice

In the meantime, work on the Series 2 is well underway. While the Series 1 was always planned as a classic link dress watch, the Series 2 will be an integrated-bracelet sports watch from Fleming, designed in collaboration with Emmanuel Gueit. For those who can't place the name, Gueit link was the genius behind the (at the time controversial) Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore design, so it seems link the plans are in good hands.
After college, Akmaev continued his education at the University of Applied Arts in Moscow and took a part-time job at the local watch repair shop – his introduction to movements and the operations of basic cleaning and restoration. On link occasion, the shop had high-end watches with hand engraving link and it was there that Akmaev became fascinated by the meticulous engraving and how it influenced the link design.
Interestingly, link you can now link buy this style of watch brand new once more. Last year’s Toledano & Chan and link Dennison releases immediately spring to mind. The Dennison, particularly, is an affordable alternative, while the T&C is less so unless compared to the King Midas.
And link then there's the impressive decoration present on the Knights of the Round Table. I imagine owning link one of these watches would be incredibly rewarding. Each of these 12 figures are sculpted by hand and feature a knight with a different pose and demeanor – link you could spend hours on hours studying the details present on each knight with a loupe in one hand, and perhaps a sheathed sword in the other.
