A gin and tonic is a classic drink, there is no denying that. We use rhubarb and ginger flavoured gin, however, to jazz this cocktail up a bit. Check out the recipe below!

ree

  1. 1.5oz Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger gin

  2. 1oz lime juice

  3. Top with tonic water

  4. Recommended garnish: Cocktail Companions lime slices!

The MoonSwatch quote is far more playful because link – well – a MoonSwatch should be playful. Unlike the link 2015 Speedy, this watch has a link white bezel insert which matches the dial, and the case…and the strap. It's all-white-everything with this one in a way that is so fun and reminds me (very much) of the Speedmaster White Side of the Moon.

The Hublot link team takes the patinated leather link as supplied by Berluti and defines the dial. Berluti sends a piece of leather that is already finished with an embossed pattern. Hublot uses a precise laser to cut the leather into the shape of link the dial, including the empty space in the center.

For some link reason, most larger brands still aren't making relatively slim chronographs, and it's hard to link think of another chronograph around this price that I found this comfortable. Except for that Furlan Marri I mentioned, there's link not a ton of competition. A few months back, I reviewed the Tissor PR 516, a decent chronograph for under $2,000 but decidedly less wearable than the Atwood. The specs and price alone make for a compelling watch, and that's before you even get to the brand's story.

Far from making me like the watch less, these insults only made me like it more. And my enthusiasm for this Tutti Frutti was not merely contrarian. Most of it stemmed from the fact that I liked the weight of it on my wrist, and the masculine solidity link of the clasp and how the pink strap was thick and hearty like link filet mignon but also sweet and bright like link strawberry shortcake.

Now, I'm no expert on what makes one Teutonic movement better than the link next, but I do know that I am into things link being homemade. I don't make box cakes or use margarita mix, I'd buy art from a ten-year-old before I got link it at Costco, and even though I think ETA movements have their place, to me they seem a little sad trombone.
