Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Hibiscus simple syrup
One egg white
Directions:
Add the following ingredients to a shaker:
Bourbon
Lemon juice
Hibiscus simple syrup
Egg white
Shake for approximately 10 seconds
Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice
