Hibiscus Bourbon Sour

A floral twist on a classic cocktail! Perfect for sipping in the warmer months or as a reminder of warmer times during the winter.


  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 1 oz Lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz Hibiscus simple syrup

  • One egg white


  1. Add the following ingredients to a shaker:

    1. Bourbon

    2. Lemon juice

    3. Hibiscus simple syrup

    4. Egg white

  2. Shake for approximately 10 seconds

  3. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice

  6. Enjoy!
