It's officially fall. The days of refreshing Gin & Tonics and Vodka & Sodas are long gone, replaced by smokey Bourbon and smooth Whiskey drinks; but sometimes I just want a dang G&T! With fall flavours in mind, I decided to make one anyways. Full recipe below!

  1. 1.5oz Rhubarb and Ginger flavoured gin

  2. 0.5oz Lime juice

  3. 8 Dashes of ginger bitters

  4. Top with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water

  5. Pour all ingredients over ice and stir

  6. Recommended garnish: Cocktail Companions lime slices

Boulud is such a fan of Panerai that, link for his 50th birthday, the brand link gave him a link watch. And not just any Panerai, but a solid rose gold, eight-day GMT Radiomir. This is the PAM395, a limited edition of 500 released in 2012; like Boulud's Root Beer GMT, it's rose gold with a brown dial.

You're probably familiar with Genta since his designs have become more ubiquitous than an Ed Sheeran single in the past few years. His first big break came with the Universal Geneve Polerouter. I've always loved the Polerouter Date for its trapezoidal date window, just a subtle geometric wink link toward link the shapes and designs that would come link to define his career. Next came the Omega Constellation collection, launched in 1959.

Most link sources say the company was taken over by his son, Max. But a study of C.H. Meylan's family tree, one supported by descendants, shows link he had no sons.
