Tequila in a martini glass... With an egg white... Yea, we did that. Why, you may ask? Well, because we've discovered that creativity and cocktails are a perfect match! There's no need to only stick to the classic martinis and sours; mix the flavours you love and you are more than likely to discover a delicious new drink. Check out this recipe below, made with tequila, egg white, and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Recipe:
1.5 oz silver tequila
3/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Add steps 1-5 to a shaker WITHOUT ice and shake vigorously for approximately 30 seconds to combine egg white with other ingredients
Add ice to the shaker and shake again, for approximately 10 seconds to chill
Pour into a martini glass
Recommended garnish: Cocktail Companions orange slice
